Ali Curran is an organisational and management consultant based in Dublin. As an organisational consultant her work with teams and wider systems is focused on using process, reflective practice and Balint group methodologies. She is psycho-dynamically informed coach and role consultant.
Ali is a psychologically informed environment (PIE) trainer and facilitator. Over the past decade, she has worked in the social care and homeless sector developing and implementing PIE programmes and continues to work facilitating process and reflective practice groups in a variety of professional settings.
In addition to her role as Head of Research at Turning Point Institute, Ali is an academic supervisor, Associate Faculty Member of the Law Society of Ireland (Psychological Services) and Associate Faculty Member of Leeds Beckett University. Her research interests include the impact of group and individual psychological supports on workplace wellbeing and sustainable careers.
She is alumni of the Eco-Leadership Institute and Tavistock Institute, a member of Institute of Directors and the International Society for the Psychological Study of Organisations, non-executive director of the Irish Group Analytic Society and Chair of the Irish Museum of Modern Art.
