Administrator

Keith holds a Higher Diploma in Business, a BA in Sports Management, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Digital Marketing. He brings a strong blend of administrative, technical, and organisational expertise to his role at Turning Point.  

He has a growing interest in how digital tools can enhance organisational wellbeing and service delivery, and he continues to develop his skills in web design, automation, and information management to support the work of Turning Point.

Keith has worked across a wide range of professional environments, including education, customer service, digital operations, and staff coordination roles in Ireland, and Thailand. His background includes managing teams, overseeing operational processes, and supporting organisational systems in both small and large workplaces. His experience spans teaching, sports management, CRM operations, logistics coordination, and digital content management. 

At Turning Point, he manages core administrative functions, including client communication, email systems, GDPR compliance, file management, and day-to-day operations. He oversees the organisation’s digital infrastructure, working with, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel, Word, Power Automate, and cloud-based systems to ensure smooth workflow and effective information management. 

Further to this as Administrator Keith is the point of contact for all routine student matters and manages the day-to-day communications between the student body and the staff at TPI.  He ensures that schedules and other policies and procedures pertaining to the smooth running of the MSc programme are adhered to. He is also involved in promoting the MSc programme to the public, including development of brochures, advertising, social media and special events.
